What are the benefits of staying in a Parker Jones accommodation?

Parker Jones provides guests much more flexibility, control and freedom compared to hotels. All our accommodations are fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, comfortable beds and premium linen/towels. A weekly housekeeping service is included.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy: 14 days before without penalty, 7 days before - 50%, within 7 days - 100%

Do you accept dogs?

Sorry but we do not accept dogs or any other pets.

How do I check in?

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Do the accommodation provide ironing facilities?

Yes, an iron and ironing board are provided at all our accommodations.

Do I need to bring my hairdryer?

No need…! We provide hairdryers at all our accommodations.

Can I view your Serviced Accommodation prior to making a reservation?

Yes, we are happy to show you our accommodation. Please contact us to arrange a viewing.

Will my accommodation be cleaned and how often?
Yes, of course all our accommodations are cleaned and fresh linen/towels are provided on a weekly basis. The cleaning day will be confirmed upon check-in with your agreement. Should you wish to have cleaning service more frequently, this can be arranged at extra cost.
Do you provide a laundry service?

All our accommodations have a washer/dryer with complimentary washing powder. It is free to use - this is one of the benefits of staying in a Service Accommodation rather than a hotel...!

Do you have luggage storage facilities in the accommodation?
